Bad Behavior

See this happy dog? Such a sweet guy.

Loves people food, walks, his family. Wags his tail all the time.

Today I went home at lunch and he was a total diva when I went to take him out. He refused to go. He just sat down and refused to move.

After about 10 minutes, it started to get pretty annoying. I took him back inside and scarfed my lunch down. He came over to me and licked my knee, saying he was sorry. Or begging for chicken hot dog.

I caved. I told him if he went to the bathroom, I'd give him chicken hotdog. Another 10 or so minutes of diva behavior and finally, he got his chicken hot dog. He did try to take me on a walk—which I didn't have time for.

So my diva dog has resorted to extortion.

Mojo and Gunnar playing

Mojo and Gunnar playing while we watched a movie. Mojo puts his mouth on Gunnars head. Gunnar paws at Mojo and gets his paws licked. Mojo then pokes at Gunnar before stepping on him. He hasn't figured out not to step on Gunnar. Oh well. I think it's pretty cute.

About Mojo & Friends

The adventures of a hilarious German Shepherd mix,

a sweet tabbico cat, a crazy Manx cat and a lazy fluff ball.

Affectionately known as "the kids," Mojo, Katie, Gunnar and Ozzy live with their mom and dad in an awesome college town in the South.

Mojo is a German Shepherd mix. He's outgoing, wants to meet and LOVE everyone.

As a puppy, Mojo was minutes away from being put to sleep when the folks at Pawtropolis rescued him. He was the sickly runt of the litter with fleas then, but after coming home with us he's grown from 4 pounds to 75 pounds (and back down to 63) and is one of the best dogs ever.

Katie is a sweet, shy cat who loves ham and playing with her shoelace. She also loves to cuddle. She was born the week of her parents wedding in her mom's closet. She was adopted and then abandoned by her then-family. But now she's a happy girl whose learned to purr. She was our first pet.

Gunnar is the newest addition to the gang. Born in the doghouse at my sister's, Gunnar was adopted shortly after melting our hearts after we visited. He and Mojo and the bestest of friends. Every night they play and groom each other. He's a Manx-mix. True to the breed, he's a round, roly-poly cat, who is super high energy and just a little crazy.

Ozzy is our newest addition. He chose us. Literally. He camped out on our porch and told us he was living with us. He tried to come in repeatedly. He resorted to kissing Mojo when we took him outside. And Mojo asked us why the kitty couldn't come inside. After a month of this, we took him to the vet and he was ours. He's since tripled in size and he's gone from short hair to luxuriously long haired. He loves to sleep and eat and will occasionally flop down in a lap for a cuddle.
