Holding hands…

The pets like to cuddle and nap together. Gunnar and Mojo were napping on the bed and I saw this and it looked like they were trying to hold hands in their sleep. I thought it looked awfully sweet.

Cinderella Cat

Ozzy is obsessed with shoes. He loves to lay on flip flops I leave out. He snuggles my tennis shoes. And here is is trying on my Puma flats.

Sorry, bud, they don't fit.

When he realized that, he just flopped down and snuggled them.

Date Night

Today, Mojo had a playdate with Teddy, a golden doodle from down the street.

Mojo showed off his impressive love of tennis balls.

Katie's bag

For whatever reason, Katie adopted this bag. (I got it as a freebie at a breakfast a few months ago). This entire weekend, she was sleeping in the bag (on my gym clothes).

How Ozzy sits in a chair

This is how I found Ozzy sitting in a chair. He looked so uncomfortable (and possibly a little like Jabba the Hut.) I scooted the chair back a little so he'd have more room, but then he wasn't interested. He hopped down and left.

Chef Gunnar

Gunnar found this taco recipe in Real Simple and asked me to make it for dinner.  He's keeping it safe until I start cooking.

Shoe Fiend

Wherever I put my shoes, Ozzy will curl up with them.

I found him sleeping like this and moved the shoes so he'd have more room and he followed the shoes and was no longer interested in the soft chair. So crazy.

Cat drawer

I was cleaning out my dresser the other day and Katie decided that she would help me. By making sure she fit. As soon as I took her out, Gunnar wanted to play in the dresser too. No photo of that, but these cat sure love to play "Do I fit?"

Playtime with friends

Today Mojo got to play with his friends Bosco and Jazzi.

Bosco is his cousin.

Jazzi is his aunt. She's a rescue poodle who's still coming out of her shell. She's not sure about playing with a big dog like Mojo yet, but she likes to watch him play.

Cousins?

Mr. Awesome is the cat that lives at Artinis, a painting place I go to occasionally.

He is a charismatic cat, who loves to rub against the store's patrons. He's a total ham for pictures and he reminds me a lot of Gunnar—if Gunnar weighed a little less and had a tail.
