Dainty dog

Mojo likes to cross his paws. He's done this since he was a puppy. I don't know if he picked this up from the cat, but he's always done it. He looks pretty dainty.

Helping with laundry

Katie to take a nap in a laundry basket full of jeans. Not sure why. She does like to sleep on clean laundry.

Maybe she just likes to make sure enough  of her fur is on my clothes so I always have her with me. Thanks Katie!

Katie's throne

Katie is queen of the house. Today I found her sleeping on my pillow (my hypoallergenic pillow) like she was royalty. She seemed to be saying: "this surface is soft enough. You may go now, human."

Lazy Day

I was home sick yesterday. The kids thoroughly enjoyed having me home. Here's Mojo being lazy, sleeping in the bed. They congregated around me all day and were pretty cute (if lazy.) 

Mouse for breakfast

Gunnar decided to make his own breakfast today. He was having mouse. 

He dropped his toy mouse into Mojo's empty food bowl. I'm not sure if he was saying he wanted more mouse on the menu, if he thought Mojo should eat the mouse or if he was simply playing "does it fit?" 

At least it's better than in the water bowl, where prized processions often end up. 

King of the Mountain

Ozzy has claimed the top of the tower as his own. Here he is trying to get his eyes to match the paint on the walls.

That or watching birds outside ;)

Avid reader

Ozzy is an avid reader. Here he is reading his latest book on kindle. Such a smart cat.

Or I was reading my kindle in bed, got up, and he stole my spot because it was warm. :) 

Still if Ozzy could read, I think he'd pick books with cats taking over the world. 

Always watching

Gunnar wants you to know that he is always watching. And that he knows what you did. And that he'll pounce on your head if he's feeling really evil.

Helping with the sheets

Whenever I change the sheets, the cats just have to help me.

I try to wait for a time when they're not in the room, but then they just come in the room and jump on the sheets so  I can't take them off the bed.

Daddy's girl

Katie has been a daddy's girl since the first day we brought her home. She just adores Matt. She'll cuddle him for hours when he's home. Here she is keeping him company when he fell asleep on the couch.
